• Enhanced Instruction: Strengthening core instruction through resource selection, strategic planning, data-driven problem solving, and a solid instructional framework.
• Targeted Support: Providing focused interventions and coaching to strengthen student achievement.
• Professional Development: Preparing our educators with the tools and resources to support future graduates.
• Literacy and Arts Integration: Developing a PreK-5 literacy plan and fostering collaboration between cultural arts and core teachers to create meaningful connections.
• Standards Implementation: Utilizing the North Carolina Standard Course of Study in reading, math, science, and social studies and preparing students with the skills outlined in the Portrait of a Graduate Framework. 
• Parent Engagement: Offering resources and tools to help families support their child’s learning at home.
