Partners in Education

D. F. Walker Elementary School greatly appreciates the time, talents, and resources provided by our volunteers. Your contributions help enhance the learning of our students in many ways. Our current "Partners in Education" - programs offered due to partnerships, community grants, organizations, local businesses, and community individuals - include Book Buddies, John A. Holmes Key Club, Wendy's, McDonald's, D. F. Walker PTA, WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students), Literacy Through School Libraries, Kiwanis Club, the Ministers Council, and the Fruits and Vegetables Grant.
